ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

• Microsoft PowerPoint is the preferred software. Use widescreen 16:9 formatting. 

• Plenary: 40 min presentation + 4 min for Q&A + 1 min for speaker turnover (total 45 minutes).

• Keynote presentation: 25 min presentation + 4 min for Q&A + 1 min for speaker turnover (total 30 minutes).

• Standard oral presentation: 16-17 min presentation + 2 min for Q&A + 1 min for speaker turnover (total 20 minutes).
  (Note that time will be enforced for all the oral presentations to keep the program on schedule)

POSTER GUIDELINES

• Each poster presenter will be allocated a 3' x 4' poster board to which they can pin their poster (pins are provided). The board is intended to be portrait orientation and will be supported on an easel. 

• Poster should be put in place no later than the morning coffee break (9:00 am) but may be placed as early as 7:30 am August 24, 2024. 

• Posters are to be removed no later than 4:00 pm (during coffee break). Posters left beyond this time may be discarded.
