REGISTRATION
Please complete the registration using this Google Form. Electronic payments are strongly encouraged and the registration is not complete until the payment step is completed.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
The nearest major airport is Will Rogers World Airport (OKC) located in Oklahoma City, OK. The event venues and the recommended hotels are all located within 25 miles from the OKC airport. Detailed information about the following can be found here.

ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Microsoft PowerPoint is the preferred software. Use widescreen 16:9 formatting.
Plenary: 40 min presentation + 4 min for Q&A + 1 min for speaker turnover (total 45 minutes).
Keynote presentation: 25 min presentation + 4 min for Q&A + 1 min for speaker turnover (total 30 minutes).
Standard oral presentation: 16-17 min presentation + 2 min for Q&A + 1 min for speaker turnover (total 20 minutes).
(Note that time will be enforced for all the oral presentations to keep the program on schedule)
POSTER GUIDELINES
Each poster presenter will be allocated a 3' x 4' poster board to which they can pin their poster (pins are provided). The board is intended to be portrait orientation and will be supported on an easel.
Poster should be put in place no later than the morning coffee break (9:00 am) but may be placed as early as 7:30 am August 24, 2024.
Posters are to be removed no later than 4:00 pm (during coffee break). Posters left beyond this time may be discarded.
