All catalysis researchers are encouraged to submit abstracts for the sympoiusm for oral and poster slots.
Deadline for abstract submission: Monday, June 29 at 11:59pm extended to Monday, July 06 at 11:59pm.
Deadline for Poster abstract submission: Friday, July 17 at 11:59pm.

To submit your abstract:
- Download the abstract template
- Abstracts should be 300 words or less and may not include any graphics, figures, tables, etc.
- Upload the abstract as a Word document (doc, docx) file in the Google form. Note that logging into a Google account is required, as the form involves a file upload.

Electronic payments are required, and the registration is not complete until the payment step is completed.
Advance registration is required for all activities. The workshop and the dinner have limited seats and will be offered on a first-come first-serve basis via electronic registration. Deadline for registrations is 11:59 PM on July 31, 2026.
The nearest major airport is Manhattan Regional Airport (MHK), which is located about 7.5 miles from Kansas State University campus. MHK offers daily flights to Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) and Chicago (ORD). Detailed information about the following will be updated closer to the symposium.

ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Microsoft PowerPoint is the preferred software. Widescreen 16:9 formatting is recommended.
Plenary: 40 min presentation + 5 min for Q&A (total 45 minutes).
Keynote presentation: 25 min presentation + 4 min for Q&A + 1 min for speaker turnover (total 30 minutes).
Standard oral presentation: 16-17 min presentation + 2-3 min for Q&A + 1 min for speaker turnover (total 20 minutes).
(Note that time will be enforced for all the oral presentations to keep the program on schedule)
POSTER GUIDELINES
Each poster presenter will be provided a 3' x 4' poster board space to which they can pin their poster (pins are provided). The board is intended to accommodate posters in portrait orientation.
Poster should be set up in the Rathbone Hall atrium in Engineering Hall by the end of the morning coffee break (9-9:30 am); we recommend setting up immediately after checking in at the same location (breakfast run from 7-8 am in the ground-floor atrium in Engineering Hall)
Please remove your poster at the end of the poster session and take it with you.
