ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Microsoft PowerPoint is the preferred software. Widescreen 16:9 formatting is recommended.
Plenary: 40 min presentation + 5 min for Q&A (total 45 minutes).
Keynote presentation: 25 min presentation + 4 min for Q&A + 1 min for speaker turnover (total 30 minutes).
Standard oral presentation: 16-17 min presentation + 2-3 min for Q&A + 1 min for speaker turnover (total 20 minutes).
(Note that time will be enforced for all the oral presentations to keep the program on schedule)
POSTER GUIDELINES
Each poster presenter will be provided a 3' x 4' poster board to which they can pin their poster (pins are provided). The board is intended to be portrait orientation and will be supported on an easel.
Poster should be set up in Sukup Hall by the end of the morning coffee break (9-9:30am); we recommend setting up immediately after checking in at Howe Hall (check-in and breakfast run from 7-8am).
Please remove your poster at the end of the poster session and take it with you.
